Bronchocoele

• Dilated mucus filled bronchi
• Seen distal to a carcinoma obstructing segmental / sub-segmental bronchus 
• Seen as peripheral tubular density, may branches.
• Causes – bronchial carcinoid, endobronchial mets, cong.bronchial atresia and ABPA.
